President
Employed at KCE since 1985, John DeKroon is the President. John is charged with implementing the vision. He formulates the company’s strategic planning to achieve the objectives of the business plan. He is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of all construction projects and contracts.
Rocky Galla
Chief Operating Officer
Rocky manages our crews and projects to ensure they move forward on schedule and within our clients’ budgets. He will be a main point of contact for questions throughout your project.
Peter Pelletier
Chief Estimator
Peter is the chief estimator, he is in charge of calculating the cost of each project and preparing quotes based on the client’s needs and specifications.
He is the main point of contact in the preconstruction phase of the project.
Kevin Easey

Kevin founded the company in 1981. Kevin is responsible for ensuring that the company’s strategic goals and long-term plans are carried out by the rest of the team. Kevin plays a large role in the company’s business development.
